Light manufacturer · Residential and commercial

A connected sales system carried $200K in annual revenue.

A $4.2M light manufacturer serving residential and commercial customers was running sales through disconnected systems. Customer addresses were re-entered as many as five times, and contracts still depended on handwritten carbon copies.

The bottleneck

Sales, contracts, and the manufacturing ERP did not form a connected operating flow. Repeated data entry slowed the team down, and scaling sales required a system new people could actually work in.

What we built

We rebuilt the sales operating system and connected deal close to contract generation. A closed deal generated a contract, held it for review, sent it for signature, notified the team, and attached the signed document back to the opportunity record.

The close-to-contract workflow shipped in six weeks. We also recruited, code-tested, and embedded a full-time offshore .NET/C# developer to own the manufacturing ERP.

What changed

Three offshore sales reps went from hire to closing live leads in two months, onboarded entirely on the rebuilt CRM.

The company grew sales by $800K. Of that growth, $200K per year was attributed to the system, alongside $72K in annual costs removed: $272K in total annual impact.

The commercial result followed a practical change: a sales operation that could bring new people in and carry the work from opportunity through contract.
